Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead industrial automation and smart manufacturing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute automation and industrial projects.
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Conduct project meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Analyze project execution data and prepare reports.
• Manage project budgets and procurement activities.
• Prepare project proposals, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle project risk assessment and mitigation planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project management.
• Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent software is an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
